First of all there are two hotels. I thought I was booked into the signature hotel, well I wasn't. They have the nice hotal then they have the secondary hotel. First of all the lights next to the bed didn't work and the room had an overpwoering smell of bleach. So bad that even candles and spray didn't help. The morning, went to get some coffee and check out what was there. At 7:45 nothing was set up or ready. The woman setting things up seemed more worried about her phone conversation than doing her job. Came back an hour later, she was still on her phone. Waffles station was clean had hard boiled eggs and breads that were half empty. Asked about the scrambled egss she said they weren't making anymore and that was it for the breads. Can't forget the coffee was empty. Not once did this woman get off her phone to check anything. Sorry, she did to tell a lady she couldn't leave with her food.
