Conflicting Information from Host Resulted in Our Car Getting Towed

We had communications with the host of this property. First was getting the wrong information on the apartment number. The second was that the rules posted INSIDE the property directed us to park on a floor that was only for residents which resulted in our car getting towed. However the biggest issue was when I texted the host about the conflict regarding the rules found in the apartment, he went silent and I never heard back from him after that.
