Located in a quiet part of the Washington Corridor/Rice Military just blocks away from great restaurants and nightlife. Our home features an open layout, chef's kitchen, and a spacious living room ready to entertain. Relax on the rooftop deck or explore Houston - our home is a short drive from downtown and the Galleria Mall. Come stay @ our photo-worthy oasis!

1st Floor:
-Bedroom #3 King bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. 55” TV. Additional queen size rollaway bed available upon request or for groups larger than 8.

2nd Floor:
-Open floor plan with plenty of seating space for guests and luxurious chandeliers.
-Large commercial grade windows.
-82” TV with JBL sound bar and subwoofer.
-Features Chef's Kitchen, 6 burner stove, fully stocked, and a large marble waterfall island.

Beautiful Home Walkable Area

I had a wonderful stay. This home is beautiful, neighborhood is quiet, the views from top balcony are amazing. Especially while relaxing after a long work day. Very clean and fully stocked. Food deliveries arrive quickly and lots of options.

Thanksgiving in Montrose

We had a great time gathering at this fabulous house for a family Thanksgiving celebration. A fun and festive gourmet kitchen set the stage and Whole Foods was nearby for quick and easy shopping runs. Overall the house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy and the rooftop deck was a fun touch.

Amazing House

Stayed with a group of my friends for my birthday and we loved the house! It is decorated so nice and the view from the top is amazing. Realistically we were able to only fit two full size SUVs in the driveway and two smaller SUVs in the garage and that was a tight fit. The house is so incredibly charming and property management was so very helpful! Would recommend for others!

Just what we needed!

The Rose house, simply put, was immaculate! It did not disappoint! Location, decor, lighting, hands down was sooo much more than we could have asked for. Communication with the house manager, was spot on! He was responsive, reached out to make sure we were settling in okay and didn’t need anything. Our stay could not have been better! Thank you!
