We are a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to downtown, with easy access to the George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Stadium, and more. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and a convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away. The home is also close to light rail stops, with convenient freeway access and easy Uber/Lyft availability.

Cheap and close to areas. Listing shows a gym-there is a cross fit gym across the street but not on site. Other renters may be upstairs in other rooms. Overall cheap and easy with everything needed. No TV in room but not a big deal if you plan to only sleep and shower in the room and do other things.
