There is AC and central heat, it has its own stand up shower, equips with tv.
There are No bills to be paid and there is Electricity and running water.
This house is equipped with one free bottle of Propane but you will have to purchase more.
This is on Private property so you will have your own lots.
There is a town four miles away with a Walmart and restaurants.
If you need to go anywhere you can always call a uber.
