Staff support was not great. I was disappointed with the room. I had traveled from out of town and had specifically booked a city-view room and that is not what I received. When I spoke to the customer service agent, he explained that he had no control over room assignments and wasn’t sure why the online listing showed it that way, but that it needed to be updated. Upon entering the room, I noticed one of the light fixtures wasn’t working. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful, informing me that there was a short in the wiring. Since it couldn’t be repaired immediately, he kindly brought a lamp to our room for use.

I paid extra for a King Suite City view, i arrive and they say it was over sold and they gave me a double room! No refund for the difference or anything. I will never stay here again! Do not recommend, and if you are planning to stay here for a game, they do not allow parking in their garage unless you are staying an extra night! Beware!!! Bad customer service!

The maintenance staff, front desk, breakfast staff and guys on shuttle service all deserve raises. They were quick to respond, friendly, and efficient. The toilets had low water pressure and clogged on 2 or 3 occasions in the 6-day stay. We called in the middle of the night and early in the morning and got fast, friendly service (Ithink obe of the guys was actually the front desk person). Within minutes of calling regarding an issue with the TV, maintenance came and swapped it out for a new one. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless you call the front desk. The housekeeping department never answered when I called them directly.
