I was disappointed with my stay. No slippers were provided, no complimentary bottled water was offered, and several other basic amenities were missing. For the price, I expected better service and standard provisions. Would recommend checking with the hotel in advance to confirm what’s actually included.

Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel, but the room was small and didn’t have robes and slippers as advertised. Walking distance to Galleria mall and various restaurants.

This property was not what I expected. My door to the bathroom did not properly close and the ice machine was broken on my floor . You had to call ahead if you wanted housekeeping to clean your room . Nice property overall I just expected more

Hotel rooms are super tiny, it was just 3 of us in a premiere 2 bed, and we were literally bumping into each other all day and night, toilet wouldn't flush correctly, they had 5 elevators, only 2 were working, mind you they were having a wedding in the convention area and it was jam packed. The wait for an elevator the first 2 days, was about a 30 minute wait every ride..wouldn't recommend
