They say they have 24 hr service ... not so Our flights were early No offer of an early call Couldnt book transport for return to airport Attitude appeared offhanded as though any request was an imposition There is zero help with luggage The unit had 2 coffee sachets no milk only powder and one paper cup . No spoons or cutlery or plates to speak of Only 2 small bath towels that barely passed as bath towels The pillows on the king bed were solidly lumpy .. sadly lacking . The overall experience is poor . Would we stay again ... definitely not .

The staff here are super kind and it’s a good value for what it is. I recommend this as a place when you have a short overnight layover at IAH. The free shuttle is also a bonus.
