First room they gave me the windows would open from inside and out even if they were locked . I got moved to a different room and was informed that the tv screen was very dim and didn’t get brighter.

The first thing that I noticed is that the room was very cold which I absolutely loved. I detest arriving to a hot room and having to wait for the air conditioner to cool room off enough. The room was very inviting. It was beautiful actually and I was quite surprised.
