The strongest smell of some sort of air freshener was so bad it triggered my asthma and had my sinuses on fire. The room had no carpet and the floor was extremely slick. The bathtub didn’t appear to be very clean either. Another disappointed were the other guest who were smoking inside their rooms at a non smoking facility.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the condition of the room I was assigned upon check-in. From the moment I entered, I was immediately met with an intolerable level of noise caused by children running and screaming throughout the area. This disturbance made it impossible to find any peace or quiet in my room. More alarmingly, there was a strong, unpleasant odor of urine lingering in the room. This is not only disgusting but also unacceptable for any guest, especially given the standards I expect from your establishment. The foul smell made it difficult to relax, let alone sleep or get any proper rest during my stay. I came to your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful environment, and instead, I was met with conditions that were completely disruptive and unsanitary. This situation has caused me significant distress and has seriously impacted my overall experience. I urge you to address this matter immediately by providing me with a different room that meets the expected standards of cleanliness and peace, or alternatively, to offer a suitable compensation for this unpleasant experience. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that reflects your commitment to guest satisfaction.

Nice stay for an inexpensive price

I didnt eat the breakfast ao i cannot speak to that, however the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The location was nice for an aging property and renovations would be nice, but as a single woman traveling, I didnt like the area or the type of guests that this particular location generates. What I mean by that is theres a lot of what I think were truckers and I wasnt comfortable being alone there. I would only recommend that location to men or couples that wouldnt be easily scared. I would suggest this place for anyone that is looking to save money while traveling where you will get a good night's rest.
