No Hot water in the building. When I checked in at night, the front desk staff didn’t tell me that they’re having a problem with their hot water system in the building! I found out when I have to take a shower in the early morning for a big even in that area. when I called them they’ve barely told me they have problem with their hot water system in whole room in last couple days and they trying to fix it. I file complaint and cancel the rest of the night. If I knew from beginning, I definitely won’t make a reservation in that hotel.

never have seen quite a property like this one a kitchenette, 2 tv's in one room, never saw such huge beds in all my life thought I needed a step stool to get into it room was clean too bad there weren't more eateries and or stores in the area we could have gone to thankful galleria Mall was right by ate there otherwise a very nice stay

First day no hot water. Second day no water at all between 10am and 7pm... I was happy when the cold water came back. It can happen but there no "we are sorry..." I had to ask for bottle of water and there was snow question of compensations. When asked it was replied that since it was already payed through hotel.com nothing they could do. Also the bed was wornedout.

The property had a homelike feeling to it. It was comfortable and spacious. The property is starting to show its age a little by the wear and tear signs on furniture and corners of doors, etc. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

The room had spider cobwebs, the window was open and hanging in the floor when we return back to our room, the carpet was dirty, you can see cracks and holes all around the wall and the room had a smell. Oh my goodness, the front desk said they only changed bed sheets every 7 days, that’s Awful!! We wanted to get our money back, but I knew going thru Expedia that wouldn’t happen!! I will not be going thru Expedia anymore nor recommending them, because if a hotel doesn’t work out, you’re out of luck. You’ll be better off booking your room through the hotel yourself. The only good thing was we were near Memorial City.
