Save your energy, book elsewhere

Broken Ice Machine, Non-working laundry room, unusable bathtub with no water and limited amenities is what I experienced during my stay. I emailed the office for a refund (in which I haven't received) and rebooked elsewhere. The area around the hotel isn't the best especially with the shared parking lot with additional hotels

Great location to stay at Katy, awesome service (bilingual) which was great for my other peers in the trip. The room was great, spacious, the bath could improve but overall the experience was great !

Shower was not working, part to turn water on and off was broken and removed. They gave me an another room. Ceiling was leaking. There was a big spider web in the room on nightstand light. I did go to the breakfast area but items were limited, just got a coffee, they didn’t have waffle or butter. But it was a very cheap hotel. Most likely would never stay again

Very few amenities. Our toilet didn’t work. Also they make you put a deposit down but then never give it back. There is no one to even contact about it either. This made the great nightly rate the same we could have gotten for a much nicer place.

Property was very raggedy appliances like the ice machine, washer and dryer and microwaves did not work. Rooms were not very clean considering they didn’t even bother to change my sheets before I checked in I literally had to ask the staff for linens to change them myself and barely the second day there they ran out of towels and didn’t have any for the remainder of my stay. I’m usually not one to complain but what am I paying for when the establishment cannot even provide basic amenities. Honestly not worth the money, the motel 6 would have been nicer.

Check in was easy. They take a $100 deposit but get it back at check out if it’s cash. Was told at check in breakfast was from 6-9am but when we came out at 7am there was no breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very rude about it and just shrugged us off and was like “oh well” move on attitude but that’s why we booked the place. It looked like an amazing breakfast especially for a family of three that’s been on the road for several days. Very disappointed with the attitude of the check out lady and having to go out and fork out more money on breakfast when we planned it out to eat at the hotel.

Hotel is decent on the inside but the outside needs a lot of attention. Room was nice but my friend was complaining about itching a lot in the room. The lady that checked me in was pretty much there to collect my payment… didn’t inform us of any type of complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t understand any English but I was grateful for the check in with the towel on our second day being there. One thing that was weird was this lady outside the entire time talking to herself even in the middle of the night.
