Room was very clean and all the amenities we needed. We loved the laundry room and how close it was to all the great restaurants without being on the freeway. We will be staying there again for a week while in Houston. Plenty of room, great price.

For the price, this is a great option. A standalone studio with kitchenware, not going to find much better. The only issue was the loud noise of the fridge at night and also the fact that the fan, even if off, was at times just switching on and making extra noise. This would happen also at night. I am lucky I am deep sleeper, but for people with light sleep, this could be an issue

The room was clean, but I found hair in the sink. The hotel carpet was dirty, the walls needed to be painted, and the overall appearance was that it looked like a very cheap old hotel.

We reserved. 2 suites they were very clean the beds were extremely comfortable. Slept like a log. No breakfast but the price was amazing. Free coffee in every room & the lobby. The are remodeling but it was not a problem. No noise very quiet.

Room stinked really bad. Mold all on the walls. I asked for a different room and the new room had hair all in the tub. I originally was supposed to stay two nights and didn’t even make it through my first night. I just went to a different hotel. Still waiting on my deposit to come back to my account.
