Roomy living area with access to the backyard with beautiful outdoor seating area under pergola & the pool. Full size kitchen equipped with all needed tools to prepare your preferred gourmet connected to laundry room.

Plenty of space & excitement in the backyard gas grill to enjoy a pleasing family BBQ under the lovely pergola and get a quality time on the sofa set beside the pool.
