Disliked: Cleanliness
Check in was fine, however the listing should definitely be updated. It should be noted that kitchen items, including no coffee pot and linens are extremely limited. Parking is limited especially based on the size of the sleeping accommodations. The good: plenty of beds and bathrooms. The bad: dirty dishes still in the dishwasher, overgrown yard, limited towels and wash clothes, property management company trusts the maintenance guy that the units are clean and in ready condition even when towel bars are missing or falling off the walls, yard is full of trash and floors are dirty. We did contact the management company and their resolution was to take the word of the maintenance guy and leave a few extra towels.

No!!! Property has been falsely advertised. No yard no locks on fences, inadequate lighting outside. In the highest crime area of Houston. No patio or space for us to be as a family outside or inside because we would have been separated in the duplex. Trash left in garbage bags in back of property in the yard!!
