The water was hot and the dining room furniture is nice. However the property is in need of repair and a really good cleaning. The outside of the garage roof is sagging, and the inside ceiling had water marks, the kitchen cabinets didn't look like they've been wiped down in a while, the entire inside of the house was not clean. My socks were filthy from walking on the tile. The utensils are poor quality and had food on them, we had to wash them before using and there wasn't any hand dish soap, only soap for the dishwasher. There was a used sponge in the kitchen and the one sauce pan had old food crusted on the inside bottom and sides. There was no place to hang bath towels in the master bath, no bath mat to stand on in the sink area and the bed linens are thin and old. I realize we're using someone's else's stuff but it shouldn't feel old and worn. If this is a new listing, I wish you luck. Invest in some better linens, have a spare blanket or two, get the inside cleaned and provide a new sponge and dish soap for each guest.
