Disliked: Cleanliness
Do NOT stay here! Owner is adding extra charges for any people over 5, even though listing says it sleeps 7. This is NOT anywhere in the listing, and my charge was sent to me the day before check in. I contacted customer service and they said he is NOT allowed to do that because the listing does not say that is an extra charge. Owner refused to remove the charge, but said I can cancel and receive a full refund. However, owner then refused to refund. Customer service says I will receive a refund because the owner agreed to it in writing over messages. Still waiting on that refund, and hoping VRBO follows through on what they promised!
