Our truck was stolen. Man at front desk was very helpful. I requested to view camera from night before. Was told manager was only one. I gave them police report number. I requested a call back after it was viewed. 3 days later still no call. I have my doubts there is a security footage. Beware before staying here.

I was in Houston for a quick 1 night/2 day business trip, so I decided to stay close to the airport. It was clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was courteous. It wasn't a fancy place, but just what I needed for my visit. I do wish there was a coffeemaker in the room, but they provided a "Muffin and Bagel" breakfast downstairs, which is what the young lady at the front desk called it. They also had hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juice and coffee (coffee was available all day). Just enough for me for breakfast. There was also a little walkable shopping area next door. There were a couple of restaurants, a Subway, and a liquor store. All in all it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place for me to stay for my trip.

Very nice clean hotel. Luis was amazing and kind. Check in was so easy. My only thing I would say is maybe an ottoman and bigger fridge. Bed was comfortable and cozy! The shower was exceptionally nice and open for two people to enjoy. Loved my stay

Very clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service was a plus and the bagels, yogurt, and juice were perfect for a quick light breakfast. The staff was friendly and let us check out an hour late and hang out a bit in the lobby until it was time to grab the shuttle back to the airport. Good stay!

The rooms had no amenities: coffee maker, clock, chairs, microwave no drawers in night stands or dressers. VERY PLAIN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. BREAKFAST BAR WAS A JOKE.
