Pack play provided but definitely needs to be replaced it was gross and old and all broken Also low not enough staff at night had to go get it myself with my little one not easy . Room was spacious and clean .

Airport shuttle was great, room was clean, shower head was a bit corroded and impeded flow some. Shower temperature wouldn't stay constant, a little odd having toilet right in front of bed. Overall good stay though. Would stay there again.

This hotel feels less than a holiday inn express. Toothbrushes are not complementary. The rooms are also small. Don’t think I will book a Marriott springwood anytime again.

Everything about this hotel was "meh." We stayed there five nights and they only came to clean/make up the room once. The beds were uncomfortable, the doors were warped, the toilet is in a different room from the shower (this has benefits and drawbacks, but I mostly found it annoying), and the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you turned the light on in there at night, it lit up the whole room, even if the door was closed. The breakfast was whatever, and the customer service left much to be desired. It wasn't awful, but it also wasn't good. It definitely wasn't worth the cost. There was also some sketchy car rental business running out the back of the hotel. I've stayed with this chain multiple times in other places and it's been great, but I definitely won't stay at this place again.
