Friendly front desk service. Room cleaning is more focused on restock. Much needed but was not as expected. The area felt safe which is important to me. Location was good. Walking distance to a Walgreens. Two elevators that don't take long. Breakfast drink options were great.

The hotel is outdated and needs a makeover, tub has a dirty ring around tub and knob. The breakfast is horrible. The towels are dirty. The parking is insane, a guess should not have to pay to park.

Very friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. We attended the Houston Rodeo and there were shuttles every 15 minutes. Matt at the bar was friendly and quick to keep everyone happy.

Everything about the suite was great, but the bathroom was small. It was hard to move around in it with just one person, let alone two. They had a shuttle to MD Anderson, which we used. The driver we had was a good driver.

Bang for your buck

This hotel was great! The suite room was huge. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The sofa bed is a couch with a pull out trundle twin mattress. It was very comfy! The furnishings are done by West Elm. Would gladly stay again!
