The room smells so bad, water dripping from the room above. The stuff are very welcoming. No shampoo just a soap bar. Towels in very bad shape and condition

Could NOT get a refund even from Expedia, it's been a terrible experience, I felt UNSAFE and hotel was not as described. Horrible experience, I have yet to hear back from either party to hear about any KIND of return from the 3 nights I did not stay.

Deplorable Conditions

As soon as I walked in the room it smelled musty with cigarette smoke. I saw many small roaches that when into the outlets. I booked because pictures where deceiving and the location looked nice. But do not trust the images. They have no ice machines but yet have ice buckets in the room?? The pool has been closed off and made in to a grassy area. Place looks like its a home too many people who stay for weeks on end. I will never book at this place again. Disgusting, not worth booking
