Our decor is completely new, and not resold, reused, or refurbished. Unit comes equipped with full kitchen, fully stocked with cleaning supplies. We also have two bedrooms, stocked with three beds total for multiple guest. The bathrooms are also fully stocked, equipped with very large tub. Last, but not least come ready for long stays, as unit has in home washer/dryer. Yes
