Gross. We were catfished for sure. That one wall with the neon sign is the best part of the whole property. There was a puddle of water in the bedroom and the bath mat was sopping wet before we even arrived. There was just gross stuff everywhere, the guest book and the folder with the parking passes in it were covered in something sticky. The ice had black specks in it. There are also several signs around the apartment saying “no fighting” which is alarming. Kitchen drain smelled foul. Just overall disgusting.

This property is in a great location close to all things Montrose and Westheimer. We enjoyed walking to dinner and a quick Uber ride to Houston Museum of Natural Science. Communication with the host was very good.
