Our centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two story house is perfect for longer stays in Houston. We are pet friendly and with a fully fenced yard. We have off-street parking for up to three cars within an app-controlled security gate. The front porch is great for evening drinks on cool nights or relax in the large hot tub in the backyard after a long day of work.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Do not make used beds. - Pick up all animal poop in the yard. - Pool towels must be washed, dried and returned to bedroom closets. - Leave used bath towels on top of the washing machine.
- Put trash into the large bins outside. If checking out on Mon, - Weds, wheel the bins to the street for pickup. - Return keys to key holder and gate openers to kitchen counter.
- Clean out coffee maker and remove grounds. - Empty the refrigerator. - Put used dishes in the dishwasher and start wash cycle. - Double check all rooms to ensure nothing is left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Garbage pick up is on Thursday morning. Please wheel garbage bins to the edge of the street on Wednesday evening to ensure the garbage is picked up.
