This unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is perfect whether you’re here for business or leisure. You’ll be near the NRG Stadium and down the street from the Texas Medical Center.

We will be available for any questions or concerns throughout your stay by text/call.

Absolutely NO PETS. You will be charged a $500 fee for bringing an unauthorized pet of any sort into our home.
1. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.)

2. The Cleaners will be at the property at 10AM. Checkout is promptly at 11:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time.

3. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest)

5. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. This includes inside of the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways, or in the garage. Smoking is 100% prohibited on this property. ($1000 fine if this rule is violated.)

7. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you.

8. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host.

9. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors.

10. Last but not least, please treat our home with respect.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden. This apartment also features laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
