The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Upon checkout, please put ALL used towels in the bath tubs/shower.
Upon checkout, bag all trash and either place in Black bin for regular trash and or Green bin for recycle that's located outside.
Please leave garage opener on island in Kitchen. Losing garage opener or damage to gate will result in a fine up to $1000.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO SMOKING inside the house! There will be an additional $500 fine for smoking inside of the house.
NO PETS allowed. There will be an additional $500 per pet fine for pet stains, smell and extra cleaning or potential replacement of material.
Please place garage opener back in drawer once finished. If gate or garage damage occurs and/or lost of opener, up to $1000 fine.
