Please lock all doors & windows when you leave the property. Please leave the property as you found it. Please set thermostat to 74°. Leave the gate decal and parking permit in the welcome tray.
Lock front door & use code 0320 to place house key back in lock box. Place any used towels in the clothes hamper in the closet. Place any used dishes in the sink.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused or missing items during their stay. The loss or damage of the gate decal, parking tag, or house key, will result in a $125.00 fee for EACH item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful Home, nice and quiet location. Host was very responsive and timely. I would only recommend ensuring property is fully stocked prior to guest staying.
