After a terrible experience with my booking at the Hyatt, we decided to head straight to The Whitehall—and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. They truly turned our stressful situation into a great stay. We booked this hotel because it was a 4 star and looked nice, but this hotel is a polished turd. They have made it look nice outside and in the lobby- but the rooms are sad. Old and everything is beginning to crack and warp. Crusty. I’ve stayed at nicer holiday inns than this place.. and to add, the AC was out almost our entire stay and they did nothing to compensate us. Stay somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It was also nice having two forms of dining options (shame I chose the week where it was raining so I could only experience one of them). My only nitpick is that the bed was stiff for my liking, but I otherwise loved it. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
