Wonderful Hotel

This hotel is perfect, from the wonderful smell it has when you enter to the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and the bed great. Hot water at all time. Breakfast and dinner was also so good. Recommend!!!!

The room has pieces of paint in the entrance on the floor The check was late so I did my check in online and then was waiting for people who would buy drinks arriving after me and serve before me at the check in !!!! The check out was more easy and nice and fast

The hotel staff are all excellent! Very friendly and so welcoming. The hotel restaurant serves a delicious breakfast with great choices. The gym is small but had the basics and got the job done just fine. The room was very spacious but the split bathroom layout was a little odd

The hotel lobby is beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and hallways need som serious TLC. I have stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels with nice rooms. The floors are ripped up and chipped, the bathroom is a bit dirty and unappealing and the halls/rooms smell musty and old. If everything was as beautiful as the lobby and elevators, this hotel would be what you expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. With the condition of the rooms, I would give this a 1-2 star. Just not what you expect when paying $300/night CAD.
