Great rooms. Hotel very difficult to find. It is located behind buildings like an ally. not enough signs that are visible. GPS kept saying make a sharp turn. Very confusing. I asked if others ad difficult time locating hotel, the staff said yes.

Two car alarms went off all night which kept me awake. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t know who the cars belonged to. The indoor pool was not heated and therefore ice cold.

Place sucks.

Ridiculously overpriced at $150 a night. Front desk representative was rude on check-in. Nobody was at front desk when needed anything. No thank you for staying there upon check-out, cold and unwelcoming. Would never stay there again.

The stay was amazing The only point I want to highlight, the pet fee for one dog is ($50)? Why is not $25, BTW, i have 2 dogs (11 pound, 18 pounds) ,total $100 for both, why ? The price for the hotel is understandable, but the fees (right and left) I arrive late this morning I didn’t get the breakfast, the coffee was delicious though..
