The service was wonderful! Amos was our shuttle driver who also worked at the front desk. He gave us a wonderful bbq recommendation for supper. The hotel had reached out to us via text before our arrival and the staff actually monitor any text responses to that number. They were super quick to reply to questions texted to them. They let us know exactly how to access the shuttle on arrival. In addition, we were leaving early the next morning for the airport (6 am) It was before they had two people scheduled at the front desk which meant no one was available to leave the front t desk to drive the shuttle van So as part of their service, they called and paid for a Lyft for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms looked a bit tired, but the water in the shower had great pressure and were nice and hot. I would stay there again.

In the middle of my stay of 4 days recieved a call to come and get my belongings due to power outage. This hotel was the only building affected. The hotel staff will only refund days not used but will not give any incentive for inconvenience. This is wrong having to move off of 2nd floor in the dark. Will not advise this place to anyone

The female receptionist and shuttle driver were very nice and friendly. The condition of the hotel was terrible. The room was not deep cleaned and hallways were filthy.

Staff was AMAZING. The lighting in the room is not the best. Couldn’t really open my curtains because there were workers there working on the roof right in front of my window. Shuttle driver a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. The young lady that checked me in AMAZING! Go ahead and book the room!

Room was not as expected. The bathtub had hairs when we got there. The pillow was uncomfortably thick, and the hotel was extremely noisy. We could hear every door opening and closing in the hallway, and around 3 AM the guest in the room above us was running and even jumping, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. 100% Motel level hotel.

I would stay here again. This hotel was very convenient when flying into IAH airport. They have a shuttle from the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Check in was efficient. Breakfast in the morning had scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausages.
