Nice facility, but our reservation thru expedia said that breakfast was included. Nice young woman at registration explained that free breakfast was eliminated. Asked it to be comp'd due since it was advertised. Gave me mngrs email. I wrote and politely asked to cover the breeakfast. This hotel says best Western on it, making it confusing to find. We were told after checking in that breakfast was no longer included. This property appears to be a new purchase and staff was friendly but not trained well.

Room was fine even though they gave away our two bed reservation so one of us had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was aweful. And we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for it. The hard sofa was better than the sleeper mattress. They also charged for breakfast. We got a voucher for one morning for a free breakfast because of giving up our reservation of two beds. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special and should not be for an extra fee. It should be included with the rental rate. The TV wouldn’t work and front desk was not helpful but we figured out where the unplugged connections needed reconnecting and got it to work. A decent stay close to a tournament we were in. Not the best but for the price, I didn’t have high expectations.

I have been a frequent customer at this Hotel since BW Premiers Suites currently Wyndham Garden Katy opened. Breakfast has always been included. This is my first stay since it's new ownership/Wyndham Gardens Katy. Breakfast is no longer included. Mgmt should reconsider this practice as I reconsider my options when searching Hotels. Breakfast is an added perk for many reservations. The food is okay but not worth additional $$.

We booked the hotel for approximately four weeks in December. The booking was clearly stated breakfast was included. The first few days were fine. We had breakfast without any issues. On the morning of the sixth day, a staff was stationed at the entrance to the serving area saying that we have to pay $12 each for breakfast because management changed the policy. Despite seeing the booking information we showed him, the supervisor refused to let us have breakfast and refused to give us the phone number of the hotel manager, only an email. We decided this was not the kind of business we want to deal with so we checked out. I sent an email to the manager. I have never gotten a word from the him/her. Stay away. If they do this once, they will do it again.
