We entered the home. Kitchen floor was wet. Rug in kitchen was extremely wet. Place is little run down. We saw a mouse run across floor in back room. Dining room lights were out.

They can improve by making sure they have small towels and make sure everything is properly working before they get people money to book but overall it was ok
