Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Great house, but high costs

Great house in nice location, nothing to complain about the house or the stay itself. However, the final expenditure costs for water, electricity and heating were extremely high imo (about 1/3 of rental price itself). This was despite the fact that thermostate was never higher than 18 degrees and heating was on only in the living room...I think this should be made more clear with reservation.
