This peaceful top floor apartment is nestled just two minutes walk to the beach. It has a spacious open planned lounge with a beautiful wood burning stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is 82 square meters. There are amazing rooftop vistas, two large double bedrooms, one with a juliet balcony - perfect for sleeping with the doors open during the summer dreaming under the moon and stars.

The space
Being on the top floor of a converted Edwardian terrace house in central Hove the space has a wonderful peaceful feel to it and is a real pleasure to share food of an evening and lounge about in during lazy mornings.

Both beds are super comfy with kingsize bedding. NOTE: There is now an additional single bed in one of the bedrooms. I'm not able to photograph the room as this as there is a guest for two weeks.

It's perfectly located for coast loving city dwellers, just minutes from loveable eccentric Brighton central including the famous Brighton Lanes. Being based in central Hove everything you need locally is just minutes away, from coffee bars and delicious local bakers to restaurants, pubs and shops. And the seafront promenade and Hove lawns is literally a two minute walk south.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours and you will have keys to your own front door. Being on the top floor means that it is super peaceful however it also means that this is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
