Staff was lovely! Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom quite clean. Also pleased with in room fridge and microwave size. Room had small compromises like one of four lamps not working. Or light bulbs not matching. Towels minimal, but during a weekend when site was fully booked for event.

My husband and I initially chose this property for the price and sauna. However, while we were there you could tell the pride they take in customer service and cleanliness. I’ll take a welcoming/friendly staff and cleanliness over new any day!!! Thank you for a great experience.

A WET floor to die for!

When i told staff about leaky sink and constantly wet floor I was told there is nothing that can be done. My floor remained messy the entire time. When leaving the hotel there was no luggage cart so i had haul all the luggage out by hand. Upon entering the building I fell and hurt myself. The clerk did ask if i was ok, instead she offered me paper towels to clean up my mess. After checking out i got a glass of apple juice. I was quickly reminded- no juice after checkout. This is by far the worse hotel experience I have ever had.

The room was clean but could use updating. Staff was friendly but didn't offer any extras. Parking was good. Bed was hard and loud. Just a metal frame, not a box and hard matress on top.

Property is close to an excellent restaurant. Easy on/off the freeway. Management is poor. Problems with door lock everyday. They had to replace the entire lock mechanism. Frequently had to kill bugs in the room. Toilet ran the entire time. Power went out for half day, we decided to leave two days early, management said they couldn't credit me for two days remaining on reservation. Horrible.

It’s a motel. Run down and not cared for well. Room offered had a filthy tub with clogged drain and running toilet. Second room offered had broken toilet seat. Breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin, water bottles from Costco and bottom five coffee’s I’ve had in my life. Indian ownership which of course meant all Indian staff. Make your own conclusions.

The property has a dated feel. Saw a few spiders in the room and the water smelled funny. On the positive side the front desk and staff were helpful and polite. Wont stay there again.

Sheets were stained (comforter AND bottom sheets) and there were spiders and lots of cobwebs in the room. It smelled like it was previously a smoking room and several other guests were smoking on the balcony near the room. Pillows were tiny and not comfortable.

The room was half updated with lamps and fixtures. The beds were just metal cots and the pillows were more like throw pillows. The shower was so old and the tile was rusting and very dim lighting. The floors were sandy like they were not cleaned.
