Room was a for a disabled person so the bed was very low which made it hard to get up out of. The sink plug was broken and my husband fixed it and the toilet over flowed and instead of a staff member coming to fix it, they gave my husband a plunger. Customer service could have definitely been better. I have family in the area so I often use a hotel while I am there but next time I will try a different hotel.

Room was good other than the TV. It was snowing and the direct tv didn’t work for a good 4 hours. I when to the desk like it said and they said they couldn’t do anything for me and it was the weathers fault. At that point it wasent even snowing anymore. Pool was a little cold. And just your basic hotel breakfast.

We needed to change rooms as some appliances were not working properly. Stain on comforter. Staff did their best to help us and were quite responsive in meeting our needs. The linens, furniture, and appliances just seemed old and need of updating.
