Clean and beautiful two-level loft room! Gym on the top floor! Air conditioning! Nice staff! Environment upon entering was a bar-like vibe. The breakfast was great, just be seated an hour before it closes for breakfast or the hot food will be put away before you can eat any.

Near by is not 24hrs. convenience store around, but the hotel offers 24hrs snacks (gummy bears, chocolate, potato chips). It is located near the highway, easy to get out of the city, and just 3 mints away from the best 2 universities of Hsinchu.

The hotel in general is pretty good. However, the location is not at a convenient place. The noise insulation between room to room is pretty bad. I have my daughter traveling with me but the room next door also has kids and they were so loud, they kept us awake and we weren't able to sleep and rest well. So, if you want to have a quiet place this may not be the place you want to stay with. Everything else seems pretty good for a Hyatt level hotel.

Very nice room, only thing possibly missing was a desk (some other rooms have them), but I didn't need one anyway. Staff very helpful when I needed anything. Free pool table, snacks, coffee downstairs. Didn't check out the gym, bar or restaurant though. At the time of writing, google maps plots two locations for "Episode Hsinchu", and one is wrong! Make sure you look for hotel episode hsinchu. Area not too interesting, but cabs aren't expensive anyway. There's a ubike stand right outside which is handy.

飯店從服務人員、餐飲到房間整體都很棒 但首先房內的電視可以使用手機Cast內容上去，但除了cast以外連手機cast youtube都是時間到了就會跳到軟體收費的頁面，有點傻眼。 另外，就是房間冷氣不足，首天入住就有點濕黴味，然後可能是房間有些毛毛的毛毯跟抱枕，也讓容易鼻子過敏的我一直打噴嚏。 但飯店整體我覺得在新竹是很不錯的選擇，下次也會入住。
