The Baan Hua-Na Villa is a large 3 Bedroom Pool Villa. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, there's a large lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen, and there's also a pool table. Outside there's a huge swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a covered patio area and BBQ, manicured gardens and parking for up to 3 vehicles on the drive. A standard booking is for 6 guests, but a maximum of 10 guests can stay if you book for extra guests. It's a great place for friends & families to have fun together and relax.
The Baan Hua Na Pool Villa is an absolutely fantastic place to spend your vacation! Located in the prestigious Nongkae area of Hua Hin & built on 800 Sqm of land. The 3 Bedroom Pool Villa offers over 250 Sqm of living space & comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. There are three bedrooms which all have double beds and En-suite bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the main bedroom which can be used for 2 x extra guests. There are floor mattresses which can be used for 2 x extra guests. The Villa benefits from a large open plan living space, with a lounge area, dining area, breakfast & kitchen area. There's also an outside utility area with a washing machine, sink & clothes drying equipment. There's a huge swimming pool, with a Jacuzzi. The gardens are well maintained with a lawn and covered terrace for dining Al-Fresco. The Villa's entrance is gated and the drive has ample parking space for two large vehicles. I provide FREE Water, and FREE WiFi with a Smart Internet TV with NETFLIX. Electricity is included in the nightly rate for stays of 1 night to 6 nights. For stays above 6 nights Electricity is charged at 5 THB per unit/KW used based on the meter reading.
My guests will have EXCLUSIVE use of the entire Living Area of the Villa, and of the Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi & Gardens. All bookings will be for the entire Villa. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Guests 1 - 6 will have 3 bedrooms allocated.
Guests 7 - 8 will have a sofa bed allocated in the main bedroom.
Guest 9 - 10 will be provided with floor mattresses & bedding provided.
I will arrange for either myself, or one of my family to check guests in & out. I am available at anytime by telephone to assist my guests with any queries or requests. I can arrange Airport Transfers, Hotel pick-ups & private chauffeur driven cars & SUV's, so that my guests can get to and from my accommodation, & or tour & visit attractions. Motorbike & Car hire can be arranged at very reasonable prices.
It is my aim to provide my guests with a high standard of service and accommodation, at very affordable prices. I take my guests happiness very seriously and strive towards 100% guest satisfaction.
For stays of 3 - 6 nights:
- No loud noise is permitted outside of the house after 9:30 PM.
- The air-conditioning must be turned of when you go out.
- The doors and windows must be kept closed when using the air-conditioning.
- No smoking inside the house (outside only).
- The villa must be kept clean and tidy.
- A 5,000 THB cash deposit is payable at check-in.
- If any of the house rules are broken a 1,000 THB surcharge will apply.
For stays of 7 - 14 nights:
- No loud noise is permitted outside of the house after 9:30 PM.
- No smoking inside the house (outside only).
- The villa must be kept clean and tidy.
- The Electricity meter will be read upon arrival and departure.
- Electricity used will be charged at 5 THB per Unit/KW.
- Electricity fees will be deducted from the deposit.
- The balance of the deposit will be returned upon departure.
- A 10,000 THB cash deposit is payable at check-in.
- If the house rules are broken a 1,000 THB surcharge will apply.
For stays of 21 nights upwards:
- Same conditions as 7 - 14 nights:
- A 15,000 THB cash deposit is payable at check-in.
