The staff was amazing! Wonderful customer service, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The kindness of the staff from the restaurants, to the cleaning crew, and the front desk was superb. Great hotel - in every way: food, service, facilities and staff. A bit out of town, but easy to get a taxi or a Bolt. We preferred the quiet area for living. We would love to come back.

IF YOU DON’T ABSOLUTELY LOVE KIDS. -DON’T STAY HERE Don’t stay here unless you love kids. Sound level is 65-70 decibel in the pool area and 45-50 decibel inside the room with doors closed. Pool open 07-19(20) Weekends are worst. Avoid! This is strictly a hotel for families with kids. The pool and water slides are located between the buildings and the approximately 150 rooms that overlook the pool. No part is intended for adults.
