Loved this hotel. Great facilities and lots of free activities. There’s a brilliant slide which my kids (9-15) went on about 40 times. Breakfast is great although sometimes need to wait for a table. Lots of massage places just outside and a 7/11 not far. Fantastic nighttime market just outside the hotel entrance and a great rooftop bar around the corner for sunset cocktails. Grounds and pools lovely and right on the beach. We had a family of 4 in a room with pool access and it was fine for space with an extra bed. Recommended for a stay in Hau Hin.

Overall a good experience and the staff is very service minded, however the resort is starting to look used. For example, we asked for another room as the humidity was terrible but realized the other room had same problem - not ideal with a two years old in the room.

From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . I hope, on my next trip, they will be easily accessible. Thank you for listening.

Really wonderful property. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful beach, pool and grounds. Immaculately kept. However it was the worst ‘club’ experience I have had. The regency club was oversubscribed. The staff at points were overwhelmed and service was then poor. I also suspect there were quests who weren’t even meant to be there as you were never asked for a room number. Early evening there were no seats and the dress code wasn’t enforced. No exclusivity at all. Hyatt although a branded hotel still maintains a Thai style and identity. Really handy for Cicada and Tamarind markets. We did have a great stay just disappointed with regency club.
