Slightly below average

The magic house is recently renovated hotel located at the central location of Cha-Am beach. Price is higher than the surrounding hotels. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is below average for the cleanliness of the sheet. There are mosquitoes flying in the room as well.

เรียน Hotels.com เราพบปัญหาในการไปพักของเราเมื่อวันที่ 14-16/4/19 เนื่องจากวันที่ 14/4/19 ช่วงบ่ายนั้นเราไปถึงเมจิกเฮาส์ โฮสเทล ทางพนักงานต้อนรับแจ้งไม่มีการจองในระบบเลย และเมื่อโทรไปสอบถามความช่วยเหลือ จากทาง Hotels.com ไปรับทราบว่ายังไม่ได้กดจองจากระบบให้ ซึ่งผมรู้สึกผิดหวังมาก ๆ จากการไว้วางใจที่ใช้ระบบการจองของ Hotels.com เป็นอย่างมาก และเมื่อพนักงานของ Hotels.com แจ้งว่าได้กดจองจากระบบให้แล้ว ทางเมจิกเฮาส์ โฮสเทล ถึงได้รับการจองโชว์ในระบบซึ่ง ณ. ตอนนั้นทาง เมจิกเฮาส์ โฮสเทล ได้แจ้งว่าห้องเต็มหมดแล้วตามที่จอง เหลือห้องที่สภาพเตียงที่นอนหัก ๆ ให้ตามสภาพและในใบจองบอกว่าเตียงคิงไซค์ ก็ไม่มีห้องเล็กมาก ๆ เราได้พัก แค่ 1 คืนวันที่ 14/4/19 เท่านั้นเนื่องจากนอนต่อไม่ได้กับสภาพเตียงที่นอนหักจึงจำใจ Check Out ออกในวันที่ 15/4/19 ทิ้งเงินจองไป 1 คืน ( เสียความรู้สึกมาก ๆ กับบริการครั้งนี้ ) หมายเหตุ >>>> เสียเงินไม่ว่าแต่เสียความรู้สึกกับบริการแบบนี้ แถมที่จอดรถก็จำกัดไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้เข้าพักต้องจอดแบบตามมีตามเกิด ( เราจะไม่ไปพักที่นี่อีกเด็ดขาด )

als ik naar de aanbiedingen in de buurt keek dan vond ik wel dat ik iets teveel betaalde 's morgens ging het restaurant dat bij de kamers hoorde pas laat open zodat men op zoek moest op een andere plaats voor het ontbijt voor de rest best tevreden zonder meer

โดยรวมดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาดใช้ได้ เทียบกับราคา สถานที่พักค่อนข้างสะดวกค่ะ ใกล้ชายหาดลงไปเดินเล่นชายหาดได้สะดวกมากเลยค่ะ

I had reservation for 4 nights, I left after one night although didnt get any refund. Rooms were ok clean but on bathrooms's floor there was all the time 5 cm of water. Personnel dont speak any English, they didnt even understood the word 'toilet paper' that was missing from the room. They didnt try to help. No safety box even in the lobby that cant be called lobby. Open electric wires here and there. Cha-am beach is the most terrible one I have seen in whole Asia, noosy, dirty, people just throwing garbage to the sea or beach, peeing on the beach. If you have to go to Cha-am, book hotel with pool and own beach.

Clean but noisy

The hotel was pretty much what I expected. The traffic wasn't, but it's really not the hotel's fault. ;) The room was very clean and the personnel was friendly - though nobody understood any English. However our room was on the street level next to the parking slot and since Thai people like to keep their cars running we got our fair share of pollution. That was the biggest minus,

Tipp topp!

Det eneste hotellet vi besøkte som byttet håndklær/sengetøy hver dag. Hotellet ligger ved strandveien - gå over veien og du har sand mellom tærne! Flott rom, fint bad og hyggelig personale uten engelskkunnskaper. Rommene 201/2 og 301/2 er vendt mot sjøen. Besøk også restauranten (rett ut og til venstre). Billig, godt og store porsjoner!
