Good place but dishonest and unscrupulous owner

It was advertised for 300+THB and I booked. When I arrived, the reception told me to pay the difference to make it 500THB. There was another couple at the same time with same issue. The reception talked to owner on speaker phone in Thai and we overheard the owner telling her to lie to us about the details and also refused to refund me. I called Hotels.com to complain and I was told to pay the difference and the company will refund me. Let’s see if this is so. Good place but dishonest and unscrupulous owner.

Freundliches Personal Gute Lage, ruhig Zimmerservice ist stark verbesserungsfähig, mussten nach Toilettenpapier und Frottiertüchern fragen. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.
