The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the train station and there are plenty of other restaurants and other shops nearby. I would go there again for my next visit.

Great hotel close to Hualien train station

We had an excellent stay at Li Shi Inn. The location was very convenient to the train station, about an 8 minute walk. We were also able to walk to the city centre and Night Market in about 30 minutes. Mr. Lee spoke English and was willing to help us in any way he could. We had a quad room for 2 people so the room was spacious. There was a good sized window, so lots of natural light. Coffee and bottled water in lobby, room had a fridge and a kettle, it was clean, and there were thick towels.

Very helpful staff, near to train station.

Very good place to stay and reasonable price. Went toTarako gorge for a day,leave our luggage at counter until 4pm. Staff are wonderful.

A good stay

Large and comfy room. Location was good with McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Cafes, Restaurants nearby. Mr Lee and his team went extra miles to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Friendly and helpful front desk

Fantastic stay! We drove from Taipei to Hualien at night so we got in close to 11PM and was very tired. The front desk was extremely friendly and helped us plan our next day in Hualien and Toroko Gorge. We also borrowed their bikes for free, which is very handy to bike to xiaolongtangbao in the morning or the night markets at night. Wifi in our room was occasionally slow but other than that, great stay. We will be sure to stay there again!

Excellent hospitality in a great location.

We had an excellent stay at the Li Shin Hotel in Hualien. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very clean, with spacious rooms and modern bathroom facilities. The location is great just a few hundred meters from the station and within walking distance of the attractions in the city. We were also able to borrow bikes for free which enabled us to easily get around. The service offered by Mr. Lee the owner/manager and his team was second to none. They really went the extra mile to help us out a number of times. When my girlfriend was sick they brought free drinks and sweets for her as they thought she might have heat stroke, the helped us with information about hiring scooters and booking tours and offered to help with any communication problems that might arise and they even gave us a free ride to the station as we had a lot of luggage and were running a little late. If you are going to visit the beautiful East Coast of Taiwan I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

房間空間很大 ， 細部清潔沒整理不是很乾淨 。 燈開關及插座竟然就設計在床頭板上，頭上幾公分的位置 ， 涉及不當 ， 睡覺翻身就會碰到開關房間燈就亮了 ，極度不當的配置 。 床頭板牆壁骯髒 ， 如照片所示 。 服務人員態度不錯 ，有提供自行車借用，還不錯。 停車位有限，要早點停才有位置。
開關及插座就在枕頭正上方，設計不當，會一直碰到，睡覺翻身就會碰到打開電燈
類似這樣的角落都不甚乾淨

飯店地點很好，離花蓮火車站近，若是開車前往，飯店停車位不多，較會有停車問題；飯店電梯只有一部，需耐心等待搭乘電梯，整體感覺還不錯 8.2。

這個飯店的清潔有問題

看到清潔人員使用我們使用過的房間的毛巾擦浴室地上的污水。打掃居然沒有吸塵器，可能也都用毛巾。 原來飯店都是這樣打掃的，我再也不敢使用飯店毛巾了。

不太乾淨

過年以近雙倍價格入住，貴是可以理解！但我們房間並不是很乾淨床舖有異味睡完隔天我長痘痘男友身上也有不知名腫包。牙膏是用大陸感覺不是很好。廁所捲筒衛生紙沒有架子是直接放在馬桶後面還聚集用過跟沒用過的，感覺不太衛生！停車場只有6-8格又很窄，最後只能停在很遠的24小時停車場自付290停車費！晚上聽到走廊有疑似喝醉男子大聲咆哮。不是很好的住宿經驗
