Welcome to Unit 245
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA, Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 4th floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers king size beds in each of the bedrooms. Cable & Wi-fi is included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 5 and has a dining area that seats 4.

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony! The open-air balcony has seating for 4 people.

Wonderful Stay

First time to SML. Booked a Sun-Sat. We did not realize how many places were closed during the week. When doing our area research that information was not readily available. Next time we'll book for a full weekend to take advantage of the open activities and restaurants. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we'll be back.
