Great stay

Place was very clean. Nice outdoor area on a wide canal. Could use an umbrella for shade but it wasn’t too hot while we’re there. Saw dolphins a couple of times. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay.

Not as expected. Many items under par

Living room…. One couch. Other furniture gone. Outside furniture in bad condition. Photos show patio for entertaining but ours was sloped and not useable. No kyacks or games Only 6 towels furnished for 2 people for 95 days. I don’t believe they were used to long term rentals. Fire alarms down, oven filthy. Managers came to discuss and were pleasant but too much to fix for us to stay. We did get some money refunded
