I have stayed in many hotels around the world for work, and for holidays. This is by far the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in, hands-down. The building itself is extraordinary, and the furnishings and decoration are exquisite. The food is SUPERB. The gym is better than most professional ones, the pool and grounds are gorgeous too, but the most remarkable part is the service. The staff at this hotel, without one single exception, are all so kind and warmly welcoming. Incredibly comfortable bed too! Just go here, trust me. It’s like stepping into another world.

This was such a great, relaxing spot in Hue. Easy to get to the station and local restaurants, as well as a 30 minute walk to Hue Imperial Citadel. The staff were so kind and the facilities were spotless. Lovely spa too!

Excellent hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the multiple restaurants have a wide variety of delicious foods with excellent deserts. The bar is more or a European lounge area but drinks and service are top self!

We can't fault our experience at the Silk Path. From the late check in, welcome snack, to the sumptuous breakfast buffet in an elegant dining room through to the lovely gardens and pool area, all was beyond expectations. Due to the typhoons perhaps there were few other quests but that is not a reflection on the hotel or it's staff. Would definitely stay at this or other Silk Paths again.

The spa was exceptional. Overall I did not feel the 5* experience. Rooms are very clean and modern. Food was great. But rooms are not soundproofed as advertised - there was planned renovation going on but we were not informed. Not a very relaxing stay unfortunately.
