Set within a complex which has been imaginatively converted from a former brewery, the relaxing hideaway is within easy reach of the city's bustling shopping centres. The popular Hull New Theatre is just across the road, with a lively programme of shows for all tastes. Heading south towards the River Humber, you can explore the thriving Hull Waterside and Marina, or visit The Deep, Hull's popular aquarium. The apartment also makes a great base for exploring the local area, with the picturesque market town of Beverley to the north (10 miles). Other local attractions include William's Den, Dumble Farm and Burton Constable Hall and Parkland, all within 17 miles.


The apartment is part of a quiet complex of properties with CCTV and a fob-operated gate, making this a peaceful hideaway conveniently close to the centre of the city. Entering the elegant retreat, you will be greeted by a spacious hallway which has a handy desk for anyone needing to catch up with some work. At the heart of this contemporary holiday home is the bright and stylishly organised open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large arched windows allowing natural light to stream in and offering views towards the theatre and other historic buildings. The cosy lounge has a Smart TV and ample seating, with a lovely dining table to one side. To the rear, the sleek kitchen has plenty of equipment and storage space, alongside a handy breakfast bar. When it's time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of three light and colourful bedrooms. The first is a sweet twin room with a huge window looking over towards Hull New Theatre, which can also be seen from the second bedroom, a modern double. The final bedroom is a pretty twin, and the accommodation is rounded off with an invigorating bathroom.


Although the property has no external space of its own, you’re in the heart of the city with a host of places to explore on your doorstep. Bike storage is available, and there's an allocated parking space in the undercroft.
