The bright open plan living space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The generous double bedroom features plentiful storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed, with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom features a powerful shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Hull Paragon Interchange Train Station is just 10 minutes from the property
Getting Around:
Hull can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station is just a 10 minute walk away and there are also local buses servicing the main road near the property.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
If you need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
