Beautiful scenery

The condo and furnishings are bigger than they appear in pictures. Nice decor. Beautiful scenery. Clean pool and property.. Safe in gated community. Everything was great. Only negative was it is oceanfront but you cannot walk on beach; too much seaweed and the master bath water was only luke warm. We still enjoyed our time here and the location of the condo to pool and ocean is great. Very relaxing and the beds were comfy too.

Marbella

A few days before our trip I received a call from Carlos the property manager. He advised me that the original unit at Crescent Beach had an issue with the air conditioning. He set us up in a different unit which had everything we wanted from the original unit. The second unit had some minor issues which Carlos took care of immediately. We had a wonderful 10 days at Marbella and Palmas. Even though the island suffered a major power outage throughout Puerto Rico, we hardly noticed it except for some minor internet outages. Marbella has an auxiliary power backup unit which worked perfectly. The unit itself was ocean front with incredible views of the beach, ocean and Vieques Island in the distance. It has 3 swimming pools and a giant jacuzzi for the adults. Palmas is a great place for Family vacations with many restaurants, water sports, golfing and tennis. Our Son always enjoys feeding the turtles and birds in the ponds and the beach and pool areas. I want to thank Carlos for going out of his way to help us even before we knew about the first unit. He even took time from his vacation to assist us while we were there. Thanks again Carlos and have a great New Year. Regards, Joe and Omy
