This 4 bedrooms house is located in a small, private, safe community called Villa Palmira. This area is known by many tourists due to the fact that it is a part of the Humacao natural reserve. Humacao is a small, touristic shore town located at the east side of the island (45 minutes driving away from the San Juan airport) with easy access to many water sport activities and only a 25 minute ride from the Fajardo area which is where the ferrys to the beautiful islands of Culebra and Vieques, these two small islands part of Puerto Rico have been rated to have 1 of the top 20 most beauitful beaches in the world, are situated. Villa Palmira also has its own beach which is walking distance away from this property. This property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(one of the bedrooms is seperate, by the pool, for groups that would prefer to all have their privacy. It is fully equipped for an amazing vacation and the best reference I could provide any of my future tenants with is one of my other properties which I have been renting for many years in the same community which happens to be one of the top rated vacation properties in the area, feel free to stop by and ready the reviews (property # 159136). The location of this property offers all types of restaurants, bars, water sports, shopping centers, food markets and many more things at only a few minutes driving away. The key to any business is the quality of service that you offer your tenants and that is my specialty.
